Words cannot say what dad meant to me, but he was an amazing dad in every way. He fought for his family in every way, even fighting at the end when it was plain to see the battle was never in his favour. It was an honour to  care for dad until the very end and I will carry that honour on his last journey. Good night my hero, best friend and most of all my dad xxxx
